Case Facts

Richard Nixon was unanimously (8-0) voted against in the Watergate scandal case. This set a precedent for limiting future presidential powers.  Nixon hired burglars to break into the Democratic National Headquarters to get info so he could get reelected. He abused his powers and committed illegal acts to try and get reelected.
